We are a small company passionate about food and eating healthy.

We believe fresh ingredients and a variety of foods are the keys to a happier and healthier life.

Yumi Vinyar

   I was born and raised in a small city in Shizuoka, Japan. Growing up, I always looked forward to coming home because my mom’s delicious dinner would be waiting for me. She cooked every single day for my family, and this was how I learned to cook Japanese homemade dishes. After I moved to the US and completed my Master's Degree in Nutrition, my passion for cooking became much stronger. I would like to offer my delicious Japanese homemade dishes to you, but more so, balanced dishes that have a lot of variety in the ingredients and vegetables used.
