1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Nu-Table Meals and Delivery, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
Nu-Table Meals and Delivery, LLC provides subscription-based and one-time meal delivery services to select areas, as indicated on our website. Our service area, delivery schedule, order methods, and payment options may change from time to time at our discretion. The latest information will always be posted on our website or communicated to customers as appropriate.
3. Orders, Subscription, and Eligibility
Orders must be submitted via the method designated by the Company. Subscription customers receive regular deliveries as per their selected plan. You must be 18 years or older to place orders. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
4. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are generally made during the time window specified on our website or as otherwise communicated to you.

Delivery areas and schedules may be updated periodically. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, meals will be left at the door or a designated location.

Meals are packaged with insulated liners and frozen bottled water (and/or ice packs), and will typically remain cold and fresh for several hours after delivery. However, you should plan to immediately and properly store all meals upon receipt.

Please refrigerate all meals immediately upon delivery and keep at or below 40°F (4°C).

We are not responsible for spoilage, theft, or damage after delivery has been completed.
5. Menu, Pricing, and Service Changes

Menu items, prices, and service availability may change without notice.
In the event certain ingredients are unavailable, we may substitute with similar ingredients at our discretion. We strive to note any substitutions in the menu, but cannot guarantee advance notice in all cases. -

We may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently at our discretion.
6. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
You may request changes or cancellations up to four (4) days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Requests made after this deadline may not be eligible for a refund. We strive to be flexible and address any issues in good faith; if you experience a delivery problem or special circumstance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
While there is no minimum commitment, the subscription is intended for regular use. If a customer skips or cancels more than 50% of their scheduled deliveries within any rolling 12-month period, we may contact the customer to review their subscription and may suggest cancellation or adjustment of the plan.
7. Payments
Accepted payment methods are listed on our website and may change from time to time. Payment must be completed by the day of delivery. Unpaid orders may lead to cancellation of delivery and/or suspension of your subscription.
If payment is not received before the next scheduled delivery, your subscription may be suspended or your future orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
8. Allergies, Food Safety, and Dietary Requests

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or special dietary needs at this time. Meals may contain common allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and managing their own health risks.

Consume all meals within 2 days of delivery.

Use clean utensils and avoid cross-contamination with raw foods.

We take reasonable care to remove fish bones, but small bones may remain. Please exercise caution.

Customers are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and consumption of meals after delivery.

Our kitchen is licensed by the Washington State Department of Health. All food is prepared following local food safety regulations.

WARNING: Meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, where other businesses may handle common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. Despite our best efforts, cross-contact may occur.

Customers with severe food allergies are advised not to consume our meals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to health risks, allergic reactions, spoilage after delivery, or delays due to unforeseen events.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos, software) belongs to Nu-Table Meals and Delivery, LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Strictly prohibited:

Submitting false or fraudulent orders

Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior

Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the service

Any action harming the Company, staff, or other customers
12. Service Suspension, Interruption, and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate all or part of our services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to business needs, system failures, or seasonal closure.
13. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or legal changes.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of King County, Washington.
17. Trial Meal Offer
The Trial Meal is available to new customers only and is limited to one per household. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to decline or cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.
