Yumi Vinyar / Owner & Head Chef
Born and raised in Shizuoka, Japan, Yumi grew up enjoying her mother’s homemade meals every day. After moving to the US, she earned a degree in nutrition and is passionate about creating balanced Japanese dishes that bring smiles to your table.
