Nu-Table is a subscription meal delivery service that offers Japanese-style meal sets—2 main dishes and 4 side dishes—delivered every other week (bi-weekly) in a plan that fits your household size.
We offer two plans: the Simple Plan (serves 2 people) and the Family Plan (serves 3–4 people). You can change your plan for each order, depending on your needs.
Each delivery includes 2 main dishes and 4 side dishes (6 items total), delivered chilled. Rice is not included, so please prepare your own at home.
About one week before your delivery, we will email you an Order Change Form. You can choose 4 side dishes from 6 options, and optionally add up to 2 extra side dishes (for a total of 6) for an additional fee. If you’d like to change your plan or skip a delivery, please submit the Order Change Form at least 4 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us directly by email.
Please note: If more than 50% of your deliveries in a 12-month period are skipped or canceled, we may contact you to review your subscription.
There is no fixed minimum term. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time by notifying us at least 4 days in advance. However, if more than 50% of your deliveries in a 12-month period are skipped or canceled, we may contact you to review your subscription.
Our menu changes every two weeks. You'll receive the full monthly menu via email newsletter at the end of each month. Please note that menu items or ingredients may change without notice due to weather or supply conditions.
All items are delivered refrigerated. Your meals are delivered in insulated liners with frozen bottled water (and/or ice packs) to keep them cold and fresh for several hours. Please refrigerate all meals immediately upon delivery and keep them at or below 40°F (4°C).
Some dishes are best enjoyed after reheating (see enclosed instructions). Please refrigerate promptly and enjoy within 2 days. We cannot take responsibility for any quality loss due to storage conditions after delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate food allergies or special dietary needs at this time.
Important Allergy Notice: Meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen, where other businesses may handle common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish, and shellfish. Despite our best efforts, cross-contact may occur. Customers with severe food allergies are strongly advised not to consume our meals.
Please keep the insulated bag at home. We'll collect it during your next delivery.
We send the upcoming monthly menu by newsletter email at the end of each month. The latest menus are also available on our website’s “Menu” page and our social media channels.

Please sign up from the “Trial” page on our website. After you sign up, we will contact you to confirm your delivery area and available delivery dates. You’ll then receive a menu and Order Change Form one week before your delivery. *The trial is available for first-time customers only.
